Un internet pésimo, llegué por motivos de trabajo ocupaba internet y la recepcionista Lupita en lugar de apoyar a resolver por servicio al huesped, con una actitud bastante desagradable me sugirió irme mejor a otro hotel, era imposible moverme por la hora, trabajé en un rincón, lleno de cajas e incómodoyo adapte yo el lugar, aunque las habitaciones tienen escritorio no llega la señal de ninguna de las redes que otorgan. El agua de la alberca helada y en general limpio pero el hotel ya viejo.

Muy bonito el Hotel, todas las instalaciones muy interesantes, muy recomendable para personas que vienen en familia y en pareja, muy romántico, las albercas muy buenas, la atención del personal excelente, todo muy limpio y ordenado.

Bastante limpia y con buen servicio en general. El desayuno bastante normal, nada especial. La alberca en muy buenas condiciones. Las instalaciones en general algo viejas y descuidadas en cuanto a pintura. Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado. La cama extra dura. No funciona bien el internet. La relación precio/servicio a nivel medio.

fue una situación particular por que pague un hospedaje y al llegar no había disponibilidad, la gerente en turno una señora de cabello rubio hizo todo lo posible para mejorar la experiencia y darnos un mejor cuarto al cual aceptamos e inculco hicieron la oferta de pagarnos una cena pero no la tomamos. La gente de recepción que al perecer son trabajadores y no de la familia son algo groseros. al final cuando salía me pudieron pagar lo que se me hizo muy extraño ya que pague en linea pero me dijeron que era pago en el hotel y lo soclitiraon al salir y no al llegar , en fin intentare revisar eso pero la comunicación no fue la mejor.

Nos gusto la tranquilidad del Hotel, el desayuno, las albercas. No lo que no nos gusto, es que no hay ventilador, o mosquiteros para abrir las ventanas en la noche y no se acumule el calor

Tiene instalaciones viejas y algo descuidadas. El reglamento dice que después de las 10 no hacer ruido, pero nos tocó un grupo de bikers que estuvo hasta las 2:30am haciendo ruido y tomando en la alberca. La administración no les dijo nada.
