Staff at front desk made presumptuous comments when I arrived with my service animal. My room is located on the third floor and it had no screens door did not close to the bathroom and looks like it was broken into before beds were dirty towels disgusting the room stunk I had to clean it on top of all that as a paying guest with a disability I had to walk up and down three flights of four flights of stairs to get to the third floor because I had my service animal on top of that when I wanted to extend my stay for a few days they verbally told me okay and when it came down to it they said they only had availability for one night and I had to check out the next day and the hotel isn't even full
Check in was a problem because Hotels.com did not get my reservations to the hotel after two hours time the hotel canceled my reservation. Then paid privately, which was quite annoying
