TV didn't work, staff came down and unplugged tv then reset it. Worked dor maybe tten minutes and went out again. This time it showed cable needed to be renewed and to contact company. Front desk said they couldn't do anything till next day. The cable had some form of box to boost power pluged into power strip with tv, microwave and refridgerator.

This hotel double charged me and it took around two months to get a refund. I booked on Hotels.com and the hotel charged me a deposit and additionally for the room I had already paid for online when I asked to speak to someone about it they told me the manager wasn’t there and I would have to call back. I called back and left a message and did not hear back Within that week. When I finally talked to someone, they told me they would get it taken care of immediately. However, it was still several weeks before I received a refund.

Staff friendly. They really make a lackluster experience “good”. Hotel is very old, damage in the room. There are some updates but it could use a major overhaul. I would say there was one major disappointment. I booked 2 rooms, including a separate room for my 75 year old dad. We came in the day before he did. The disappointment there was the fact that he arrived at 11, the hotel was a ghost town - no cleaning or anything going on, and they charged him $30 for checking in early. The room was ready. He just drove 3 hours by himself. A disabled army veteran, very tired and needing a nap. And they couldn’t just let him into his (already ready) room. I think their policy-makers need some compassion. $30 is very steep for an $80-$90 room.
