Love the river front view and river walk. And it was within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. Road construction in Lawrence is a challenge though.

Nice location in downtown Lawrence - close to Mass Street. Property is a bit dated, but otherwise was clean and pleasant wiht nice staff. Wonderful warm - and free - breakfast.

The chexk in staff, janitor, and housekeeping staff were all very friendly. The place was very clean. Only negative was pool was very bleachy. Breakfast was good with alot of selections

The property was old and outdated the rooms were smaller than the picture show. Limited lighting the elevator didn’t work, fitness room was super hot and dirty. Cobwebs in my room. Overall would not recommend
