Overall I had an excellent stay from check in to check out and everything in between. The only minor nuisance comes from living in a big condo tower. There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night that ended up being nothing.

The 2-bedroom suite was a perfect size for us. The location is excellent with easy access to the subway. Communication was very responsive. It was difficult to find the building at first and since the building isn't 'Avalon', knowing the actual building name would have been useful.

My second time staying here. Great value. Entire one bedroom condo for less than a hotel room. Great area, easy access to TTC subway about a block away. The ROM is a block away as well. My only "whines" are need face/wash cloth in bathroom, and second stay there was no box of tissues. Second stay TV set up was different from first, and a bit confusing. It appeared that many channels required subscriptions. However, there were enough free channels accessible that I found something to watch. I didn't try the streaming options as there was a warning about the possibility of exceeding the limit for internet usage. I wasn't sure if there was a limit, and didn't dig any deeper. I'm sure if I had texted the property, I would have gotten a quick and complete response.

The condo was super clean, the location was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay. I was a bit overwhelmed by all the massages they send beforehand, so I was expecting lots of logistical issues. But everything went smooth. Thank you!

It was very clean and safe. It is in a luxury area of town. It also has nice amenities in the room. The pictures make the studio seem way bigger than it is and you get NO refund for cancelling, so make sure you REALLY want to stay here. On the confirmation it states you are supposed to get one free room service/cleaning, but that did not happen in the 6 days I was there. Overall, it was nice but way more expensive than I'd say is worth.

Horrible time checking in as this is not a hotel. Turns out front desk has nothing to do with your reservation. Good luck getting ahold of the owner for a something as simple as your room key. When you finally get inside it's 77 degrees inside with no air conditioning. They literally told me to open a window and gave me an 8" fan. This place is a joke, I do not recommend.
