I booked due to a major storm and was happy there was covered parking. Having said that, I was unaware that I had to first check in and get my room key before parking and therefore I parked and had to drag my suitcase through the snow as sidewalk and lane had not been cleared. Many cars had clamps on the tires, which I found out from staff, they provide complimentary for clients but only if clients have specific new vehicles that are subject to theft. Apparently vehicle theft is a major issue. Restaurant was packed and understaffed due to storm however they did an amazing job of keeping up and smiling and food was good. Kudos to restaurant staff! In room - everything clean and updated, bed was outstanding! Super comfortable. Hotel is a great value, solid brand with Best Western, and very convenient location to airport. No parking available for winter vacations though, so be prepared to park elsewhere after your stay.
