Close to airport which was good . Shuttle which was good. Restaurant on site which was not good. Service was slow even though there were few customers. The wait staff were not attentive. I ordered a chicken fajita and it was tasty, but it sat in a pool of grease, which made it unpalatable.

They did not mention paying for parking and when you pay the hotel is still not responsible for damages or theft. The parking lot was full of long term cars so we had to wait 30 min for a parking. The front couter customer service person was extremely short with us. Wont stay here again

Absolute disgraceful service. 0/10.
We will start off with the lack of informatiom on transport from the aiport to the hotel. Next was we went down for breakfast at 7:15 and didnt get waited on until 7:50 because there was only 1 waitress. Not to mention we missed our initial shuttle to the airport because of the breakfast that i paid for while booking the room. Finally the guy at the desk was extremely rude and not helpful when it came to us missing the shuttle due to their service. Would not reccomend for anyone, especially those travelling.
