At a time when good customer service is rare… The Bisha hotel was outstanding! The staff were warm and welcoming. They sincerely seemed to enjoy and take pride in their jobs. The rooms were clean and well appointed with modern decor. The on site restaurants were also excellent. The food was delicious and well presented. The wait staff were extremely personable. It was definitely a night to remember.

Glass of champagne upon arrival was the first clue that choosing the Bisha was the right choice. Taylor Swift inspired friendship bracelets, beautiful themed decor on each floor and the Lover Lounge complimented our concert related experiences! Beautiful and comfortable room! We had a wonderful stay.

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! They let us check in early before the Eras Tour, which i'm forever grateful for. They had our room ready as soon as we touched base in Toronto. They put in so many thoughtful decoration and event decisions to make the Eras tour experience fun for all guests. They were also very helpful with answering any questions. Highly recommend staying here.

The customer service was great at this hotel. The restaurant Kost was great, and the food was excellent. The hotel rooms were clean and high quality. The room service was good. Our favorite part was the lounge near the lobby. It was so fun at night.

We stayed there during the Taylor Swift tour. They completely transformed the hotel into a Taylor theme. It was absolutely wonderful. Outside of that, the rooms are fantastic and staff was great.

From the moment we drove up to the doors to the day we checked out, the service had been 110%! I felt like royalty. Cake was left for our birthdays when we first saw the room. Loved the heated bathroom floors as well. Always referring to me by name. We had an issue with the shower draining too slow and they got it rectified while we were out for the day and left a personalized apology note with a complimentary charcuterie board. I feel like this is the best hotel experience I ever had and I’ve traveled a lot. I’ll absolutely be back. I wish I could remember everyone’s names but I can’t. But from the front desk staff to those who brought our vehicle up, all contributed to an amazing experience. Thank you!

Great stay at Bisha. The pros: great location, wonderful staff, nice room and bathroom, good sheets, lovely rooftop breakfast spot. The cons: lumpy hard bed, poor quality towels.
