I really enjoyed my stay at Burano Condos! I traveled solo to see Taylor Swift at Rogers Center (2 miles from the property), and my condo was clean, quiet and had a beautiful view of the city. Getting set up was easy, instructions were clear on checking in and checking out, and I could easily walk to grab a coffee or a bite to eat. Would definitely stay at the property and work with GlobalStay again!

Wonderful accommodations in a great city location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay! Our one-bedroom apartment was quite comfortable, and the views from our high-rise apartment were awesome! The queen bed was quite comfortable, with a bedside night table on each side. Wish the lamps were brighter for reading in bed! The bath is stocked with pretty much whatever toiletries you might need. There is a kitchen area, with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and island and stools; we used only the refrigerator to keep our beverages cold.This accommodation is in a 50-story residential tower, and there is no front-desk check-in, so we relied on the paperwork sent to us with building buzzer code. And the parking instructions as we had purchased two nights parking in the underground garage. Everything worked once we understood how things work there. Patience is the key! Once parked, we left our car in the garage for the duration of our stay. The location on Bay Street, a major thoroughfare, was perfect as we walked everywhere...over to Yonge Street, to the Art Gallery of Ontario, to the City Hall and beyond. And on a beautiful morning, we walked over to Queen's Park and around the U of Toronto campus. There are coffee shops and restaurants within a block or two in most directions. Checkout was easy, but you are required to make sure you leave the apartment as you found it, including emptying trash, loading washer and dishwasher.

The room itself was very nice, but the building had issues that have all been mentioned in previous reviews, and the check in process is a hassle if you had to do a last minute booking like we did. There's no front desk so everything has to be done over email, and the hurdles you have to jump through are annoying and archaic.

The only complain I have is lack of parking offered, when I wanted it was not available, they were asking for car model and plates that I did not have until I picked my rental car and by then, I was told there was no more parking. I parked on the street and made it work. Instructions to get in the building could be clearer and the key fob for the purposes to get in did not work. The apartment itself was nice.

There are way too many hurdles just to get check-in information. The room owners don't have staff on site so everything must be done prior to even getting the room number. A nightmare unless you completely trust an unknown website that wants your credit card. Won't be back!!

I did not have the best experience with this place. When we arrived at our room, there were some WET bedding left in the closet and wet towels left in the washer. We had to dry these ourselves for several hours. Also, one of their policies is you have to load the dishwasher with the used dishes and run it before you leave, but our dishwasher could not even turn on. We took some pictures and emailed management about these issues, and they said they would contact their clean team to correct these issues in the future.

Ths stay Global Stay. The check in process was horrible. The contact us a day prior with only one text, so who knows who is Global Stay. No prope introduction, like scam message so I ignored. First night , they give us a different address to check in. Different facilities, not Buranos. we refused but they said they has a mistake so we went back to Buranos. Worst, it’s mot the same unit they advertisedz We booked 2 bedrooms. They gave us 1 bedroom only. The next day, they told us to go to another facility , again… not the Buranos condos. Thia time it has 1 qeen bed and 1 single bed. We cant same 2 bedroom because the first one is just a sliding door separating th e kitchen and bed. The single bed has no door Worst experience. We contact the support that we need refund and just cancel our stay but they stopped replying. We were forces to stay there. The lines feels filthy. It’s all wrinkled. The dryer still has some sheets on it. Very scammy. Book and be prepared to get disappointed.

The internet in this unit didn't work the whole time I was there. As a business traveller with work to do, this is as important as electricity itself. Told them early on that I required it as part of my stay as I was working from there for 2 days. After three hours of 'we're working on it', I asked for my money back so that I could find another place where I could stay and work for 2 days, they refused and said they were still working on it. Asked them if they had another unit... No answer. The next day same thing. As for the unit, it was ok. Time to update the 2nd hand furniture... Especially the mattress. A disappointing experience, and poor customer service pretty much wraps this one up. Wouldn't recommend

We had a great stay in the middle of downtown, building was clean and quiet. The elevator worked just fine! (Older reviews said the elevator had issues.) The condo owner was very responsive by phone or email if any issues. Very nice!
