They were very unfriendly. The couldn’t accommodate our group of 11 at the Elm restaurant. The shower had hair in it. In my sister’s room there were gummy bears left on floor from previous guest. I would not recommend this hotel.

It was lovely! Very clean and pretty and staff were very nice, check in and out was a breeze and the heated 18 pool section was wonderful. The only thing negative id say is the pillows were lumpy and there were only two per double bed, we found someones earring under the bed, and there were only 3 towels for a 4 person room

We had to change the room twice since Water overflown in the toilet. We asked for more shampoo at bathroom since it’s empty. When we addressed the shampoo to house keeping, they mentioned that it supposed to be that way until completely empty. we came to the room, napkins were empty boxes. I got lost my stuff in the room, they said that they couldn’t find anything in the room. It is really disappointed experience with the hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay there with them for my weekend out of my daily life. It felt good to just go somewhere i knew was a walking distance to everything i needed. And in the future i will continue to use this hotel for my future stays.

Some staff were not too friendly. There were 4 of us in the room with only 1very poor pillow each. When we asked for more we were told we could only have 2 more. There should be 2 pillows per person and better quality. The breakfast was good but way too expensive. Housekeepers on the floors were exceptionally nice and helpful.

This hotel is located in a good area, lots of dining and entertainment options and very walkable. However, I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the cleanliness of the room-I booked a double room and there were visible stains on both beds. When we requested new sheets, someone brought us one flat sheet- no fitted sheets, no pillow cases. And they didn’t offer to change them, we had to change them ourselves. The room and bathroom was outdated overall- the bathroom shower and curtain were stained and unclean. I never leave poor reviews but wanted to be honest so others aren’t disappointed. This room should’ve been half the price for what we experienced. Would not stay here again.

Bed very comfortable
The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Had balcony but couldn’t access it as the door was sealed shut but the balcony was full of bird poop anyways. The bed could use some reading lamps as my wife want to read in bed and had to use the regular lamp lighting the whole room when I was trying to sleep. The HVAC fan turns off and turns on all night. Unable to constantly keep fan running.

The hotel is well situated with convenient transportation options to request a taxi from the front and back doors. Rabba store is nearby and both college park mall an the eaton centre are a very short walk away
