The housekeeping staff were amazing - even through a language barrier, they took care of housekeeping needs. The front desk staff could use some improvement Shower curtain was mouldy when we arrived (replaced quickly) and the floors were quite dusty and dirty corners

Absolutely horrible experience here. My reservation got cancelled for no reason without my consent. Staff cut me off every time I tried to speak and did nothing to accommodate us other than make us pay a lot more for a new room and give us a bottle of water and a granola bar to say “we’re sorry”. The hotel may be nice to look at but the staff I dealt with was beyond rude and not understanding whatsoever.

Staff were friendly and check in was easy. I stayed for 4 nights and although I didn't need the room cleaned it would have been nice to have a coffee refill every day. Having the shuttle available to Pearson is great to get the UP train. Not much in the area for shopping etc if that's what you're looking for. Overall I enjoyed my stay!

I like during my stay that the hotel was quiet at night, very well light up at night and easy to find. All the staff were kind, helpful, Courteous and very polite. The hotel suit was clean and well prepared as show in the picture and descriptions on the website. The Parking system and lot easy to understand and follow at all times entering and exiting.
