Check-in was not great. Policy is not alike to other hotels. You cannot pay with a debit card. Only use the card you booked the room with. If you use cash, you pay double. You can’t even cancel to use another card without being charged a cancellation fee. Not convenient for those looking for last minute accommodations or those that are on a limited budget / without credit access. Check in took over a hour. Room was ok. Cleanliness could be improved (ie., dusting, shower etc) Otherwise was good.

Unfortunately, the condition of the room was quite disappointing. The sheets and towels were visibly stained, and we found hair scattered throughout the space. Most concerning, there were even drops of blood on the blanket. The water had a strong, unpleasant odor, making it unsuitable for drinking or even making coffee or tea. Additionally, the leg of the work table was unstable, the bathtub was broken, and the corridor smelled unpleasant. Overall, we were left feeling uncomfortable during our stay and hope future guests have a better experience.
