The room looked fine upon arrival, but once I started settling in a noticed a lot of problems. Firstly, the phone in the room didn't work at all. I couldn't contact reception or room service without physically going downstairs. The shower wouldn't turn on. Only bath available. The body was in the shower was completely empty. The vent in the washroom had dust literately falling on the floor. The bed was comfy at least, but I would never choose to stay here again.

I am a regular there. Literally been going here for a few years. I also have made it my home away from home on weekends. I can honestly say Danielle is thee BEST! When she's there Im so Happy! Because not only is she professional, she's very friendly, personable and knows how to do her job. I have had a few there who don't know what they are doing and have given me a hard time on things that Literally make no sense to me. But Danielle.. is Fantastic! The bartender Tony and server Robert are Aersome and the one girl that works there in the evenings is great, I cant remember her name ( sorry) My Cons: Some staff are rude. Very rude. Had someone hang up on me. Some staff make their own policies up. The phone lines! They do not work and no clue why its been like this for weeks. Fix it! Its crazy u cant call down and have to come down physically. But if u call them from your cell it rings forever or nobody answers My last issue is getting a parking ticket this morning after staying since Friday. Not impressed.

There was hair in the shower when we arrived and some sort of sticky substance on the faucet. Where housekeeping arrived they were rude and acted as if nothing was wearing with the room

Not that the hotel is obligated to provide us early check in, but when they tried to do so their systems were down. And they couldn't assure us when the systems would be up in running. Expensive parking for CAD20 per day. The phone in the room was not working. The body shower gel bottle in the bathroom was empty. The staff was helpful and courteous. Buffet was good.

On October 22, 2024, around 11pm I took the airport shuttle from Terminal 1. The driver was rude and told me to read the hotel’s address like I was a kid. I found the driver to be disrespectful and condescending. Based on my experience with the shuttle bus driver, I will never book this hotel again.
