Needs a proper lobby bar. Both bars the lighting was too stark. The pillows were hard. One mattress was too soft, seemed to cave in the centre. The whole lobby was cavernous & sterile. Furniture in lobby was not conducive to sitting for any length of time.

Ride from the airport took an hour to come. I called a day before my arrival and was told that shuttle service is every 15 minutes. As per the shuttle driver, ride is every hour, it would have been nice and polite to be told about the shuttle schedule especially since waiting in the cold is not a fun way to start the hotel experience. Dining is fast food and not really interesting, all designed for casino goers. The elevator ride to get to the floor is digital and guests have to use their room keys to initiate the elevator to start the ride to go up. I stayed in the hotel since I have an early flight the next day and they are near the airport and I would like to experience the hotel. Unfortunately I had one safety concern experience I was going to the elevator after going to the casino and there were three people (they were together) waiting at the elevator for people with keys so they can get up. They don’t seem to be guests of the hotel since they have their luggages with them. I pretended that I was just looking around and they (three people) asked if I have a key. I did not feel safe at that point. I said “No, I am just walking around.” Overall, the rooms are big and nice. They have 2 bottled water in the room waiting and the beds are comfortable.
