The property itself is very good. Close to the airport. Not a lot of eating option unless you use a food service. Staff did not seem interested in helping the guests. Sort. Rude. I'd still stay again because the price and rooms are great. House keeping was fantastic.

Hotel was great. Nicely furnished and looked beautiful. The shower was a bit weird as the spout was in a weird location. It looked like there was a tub there before and they didn’t change the configuration. Overall, helpful staff, great food at the Dixon and comfortable beds.

Unfortunately when we arrived our room had some sketchy cleanliness. There were crumbs all over the counter/dresser and floor - someone enjoyed a cookie? Too tired to complain, we just dealt with it, but it wasn't a great start to the stay. Additionally, we were disappointed the hot tub/whirlpool was closed. We had changed and gone down after a long day, only to discover that it was closed, with no update on when it would be open. (At least being told it was closed at check in would have helped us avoid the trip down there in our suits.) We would have appreciated the restaurant being open more, but I guess it must be hard to have enough diners on a daily basis to make it worthwhile. (Understandable, but with limited options in the area, it was still a disappointment.) Overall, the hotel was good; exactly what you'd expect for a airport hotel, but it wasn't excellent for us due to those few things.

Very convenient for travelers: The location is very close to the airport and offers a 24-hour shuttles. There is a mini-fidge, microwave, and Keurig coffee machine in every room. There is also a filtered water machine on every floor, which is nice if you have refillable water bottles or use the carafe in your room.
