It was a comfortable stay, pretty bare bones but that’s all good because I wasn’t expecting more and it was super convenient to the subway station which was great.

The property is very unassuming. You receive a code for the front door as well as your room. The Wi-Fi signal was strong and the AC was responsive. Just be aware that there is no fridge or microwave. Great location almost directly opposite the main Wellesley subway station. I will definitely rebook here.

Great Location in Downtown TO

This hotel is in a renovated house. There is no sign in front of it. Great location though and our room was modern and very clean. The rain shower was lovely with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. Our host, Harley, was very friendly and we were able to contact him with any concerns and get a response. If you use public transportation, the subway is right across the street. There is a public paid parking lot almost next door. It would have been nice to have a mini fridge and to control the temperature. It was a bit warm but there is AC which I had to turn on. There is a smart TV so no cable - not everyone has a subscription to Netflix or Amazon Prime. Cable/satellite TV could be preferred so you don’t have to log in and then remember to log out. Also, “Exit” signs on the doors to leave our floor and on the street level would be super helpful. We did get a little confused trying to find the hallway and stairs to leave but figured it out. Please note this place is not accessible and there are stairs. Even with some of the cons, we would stay here again. Likely, in a different room. Cheers

Conveniently located nearly directly across from the Wellesley subway station, with a parking garage not too far, this location is great! the property manager, Harley, is amazing! he was so lovely to both my mom and i. i would recommend this place to anyone.

Great little room right by Wellesley subway station. Perfect place for a single traveller looking to explore the downtown. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean. Harley communicated well and made the keyless check-in easy.

Really enjoyed my stay. I was out and about in Toronto, and the 2 minute walk to Wellesley station made it easy to get around, from Union Station to the ROM. Probably not a good stay or a family due to limited resources on site, but for folks dropping in for work, or out about about enjoying the city, it's a great, and convenient stay. 35 minutes from Pearson to the Hotel using the Up Train, and Subway ($16). The staff was attentive, and accessible, and responded quickly.
