Room was nice and clean. All I used the hotel for was to sleep. Pool was closed and did not use the gym. Also I did not eat in the hotel so I can't tell you how good / bad the food is. For what I have seen it all looked good to me. Not sure about the $$$

Stayed three nights - first two were in room 711 and the room was fine however there was an intermittent noise coming from the HVAC that kept my wife up all night (system was turned off). Last night was room 2101 and it was terrific including a balcony and a view of the city. Service was excellent. Location gave us great access to north end of city as well as easy drive downtown. Property has been around for decades and is due for a refresh but all in all a great stay.

The curtains were ripped and sewed loosely with different color, ugly tread. There was garbage around the bed. The heat didn’t work and the room was 55°F the whole first night. Engineering finally opened the valve in the ceiling of the room after three calls. The safety box in room was locked and wasn’t working. I called and nobody came to open or fix it
