Great communication from the owners; and they even accomodated an earlier check-in and later check-out request which was much appreciated! The entire one bedroom apartment was very clean with large windows that let plenty of sunshine in. The bed sheets, blankets and towels were also very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The actual bedroom is quite small and there is no luggage stand or dresser, but a large closet along the wall with lots of hangers. Temperature ctrl of the unit was great.Shower had great water pressure & plenty of hot water. Kitchen was very modern and had dishware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, a baking sheet pan,drip coffee maker, toaster. There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer. Dishwashing liquid and sponge, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and bleach were also available. The building is directly next to a starbucks and directly across the street from a Tim Horton's. It is about a 10 min walk to Eaton Centre (5-6 blocks) and 40 min walk to Rogers Centre. The area itself is so-so. There is a 24 hr security guard in the lobby; and entry to the lobby and access to the floors requires a key fob that is provided by the owner. We came across homeless people outside of the building quite a bit but did not have any issues. We enjoyed our stay and felt safe overall. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing that would have improved the experience would be a box of tissues and a couple of those foldable luggage stands.

Mediocre property - we had no idea that it was a high rise building (48 floors). One elevator was out of service (20 min wait) and the front door concierge either didn't know or didn't care.

The unit was fine and well located. Aircon worked so handy with hot weather. Washing facilities excellent Didn’t get my confirmation email until today when had to check out. Weird No drain in bathroom floor. No Wash cloths to dry dishes. Faux flowers should be thrown out same with unicorn head and written messages and to do lists on walls. Pillows need refreshing. I would recommend these apartments.

Gorgeous luxury condo in a convenient location close to Chinatown and University of Toronto. The place is impeccable, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view is breathtaking: during the day you can ever see as far as Lake Ontario, and during the night, the city scape sparkles. Most importantly, the management have excellent communication, with exceptional personalized customer service. Thank you for hosting us; we will be back!

It was amazingly clean and had many amenities that made our stay better: washer/dryer, full kitchen, pull out sofa-bed, extra linens. Although the check in process was out of the ordinary, it felt very safe.
