The airport shuttle waited until our delayed flight got in at 1:30AM. We were stranded in Toronto until the highway opened and they gave us a late checkout no question. Very friendly and accommodating.

Expedia says the shuttle runs until half past midnight but it’s not true. I was there at 11:55 and no shuttle came and they had my flight arrival. I decided to call at 12:18an and they said « ur on your own ». All the other hotels had shuttles conking and picking up people. I had chosen this one partly fir the shuttle. Uber cost me 31$ and I lost over an hour of sleep. They did bring me in the nirnibg vmback to airport and the breakfast was simple but good with hot eggs sausages and pancakes maker

Room was clean. Hallways were dirty and stained. The new flooring had separated. It smells like weed. The airplane flight right above the hotel when landing so it’s constantly noisy. Parking was brutal. Front desk agent was very nice!
