We have stayed here quite a few times. This time we were upgraded to a suite. Happy for the upgrade but around the kitchen area it had ants. It wasn’t that clean as it has been in the past. 😩Love the location but was disappointed in the room. Also shower had seen its day.

For some reason they did not clean our room for the 3 nights we were there. I complained after the second day it wasn’t cleaned and they said I was too late and they ensured me it was be fully cleaned on the last day. We returned late on the last evening to find our sheets pulled from our bed, the room not cleaned and our blanks on a pile on the floor. I called the front desk and they said I had to come down and get my own sheets and make the bed myself. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The hotel had extremely friendly staff, very nice rooms, and amenities. I wish the rooms were provided with water rather than going to the lobby to ask the front desk for water or purchase from the store ($2 for a regular water bottle). Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I had a great time!

It was a lovely property, and the staff were also extremely friendly! I wish the rooms came with water instead of having to ask the front desk or purchase from their shop, ($2 for a regular water bottle). However, it was a great stay overall.

They promised a $15 “food and beverage” voucher. When i got there i was told their “policy was that it could not be used for alcoholic beverages. i pointed out that this was not what the advert said. No apology. I was told their marketing department and the site GM would call. Neither did.
