This used to be my go to hotel when flying out of Toronto. Now its becoming run down, the waterslide has been out of order due to covid which is ridiculous. My room had black tar all over the sofa and they now charge per day for parking. The shuttle only runs every half hour now instead of every 15 min. Makes me sad to watch this property deteriorated and check in was a little lengthy, mostly due to understaffing and they no longer provide complimentary coffee in the lobby.

Liked having the sitting area with doors for a bit of privacy. Mini fridge and microwave very convenient. Lots of food choices immediately surrounding hotel. Hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. Carpeting, bathroom, stains on wallpaper in bathroom, mattress not terribly comfortable. All in all a good stay.

I liked that we could dine rite inside the hotwl at Denny's. Was disappointed with the condition of the pool and that the water slide was not usable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room was spacious and confortable. Would recommend this Hotel to whoever is looking for something good and affordable.

Hotel was nice, staff was friendly and helpful, my room was upgraded which was nice but it was missing little odds and ends (a curtain was missing and little stuff like the soap boxes were empty) I only had a one night stay so I wasn't very concerned but knowing with past stays at this hotel they would've made it right if requested Only real recommendation to get hotel to a 5 star review is the little things (like add the curtain back, the bedroom tv gets slightly obstructed by the curtains, make sure that the bathrooms are stocked fully) But overall this is a great hotel and was and still is my go to place to stay in mississauga and I would recommend it to others

Great place to stay, close to the airport, shuttle service a little far to access but free. There is a Denny's Restaurant attached so very handy. Rooms are very clean, beds are comfy, rates are good. Staff was friendly but had to be reminded about the Expedia Gold status for room upgrade and the voucher twice so they need to look more carefully at check in and offer upgrade and vouchers. Overall a great place to stay.
