We have to call the hotel to book the Shuttle for Sandman. There is a courtesy phone by gate S, to call hotels around the airport. Also, there is a heated shelter by post #5 Can you please add this important information, in each room confirmation email. I was waiting 30mns by -9, before figure it out. Finally, the hotel phone # on the réservation, nobody answers, wrong number not updaded.

Stay away. Don't do it. I'd rather sleep in my car
Linens were stained. Toilet paper dispenser was broken. Killed some bugs on thr bathroom counter. Couch was stained with what I'm really hoping was chocolate. But likely wasn't. A used vape was on the floor of our room at check in. Empty beer can in a window ledge near the elevator. Pool was freezing cold Slide hasnt worked in months and likely never will again. Kids running up and down the halls near midnight unsupervised until we called the front desk The pipes are so loud in the room from the floors above we could barely sleep. The hotel is run down under maintained and no one seems to care.

Really nice hotel located in a good area close to many different restaurants in good walking distance as well. I note there was a bus stop outside the hotel entrance as well, although not sure what routes the buses offered. I didn’t have time to use these facilities but I noticed the pool was open so guests could use whenever. Just would recommend more up to date in-room amenities like kettles and tvs. Overall a good stay. Staff was nice and even accommodated us to have a later checkout at a small cost but was a plus. There’s also an airport shuttle which you can pre book to the airport.

Your vending machine was broken with expired drinks. I purchased orange juice for 4 dollars and it expired already. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

I chose this hotel for the large water slide/pool for my kids. It was farther than we wanted to travel, but it looked worth it. We usually spend hours at the pool. We went down excitedly only to find out the slide has been broken for over two years and the water was cold. The kids were super disappointed, and so was I.
