Just slightly disappointed.

Booked this Hotel as there was a full kitchen and I had brought food for that reason. Was initially told they would send someone up with plates, glasses utensils etc. After the third request, they gave me a couple paper plates and plastic fork, and knife. Next day the same individual said they don’t have any suites with any plates or utensils, etc. they are on order. I obviously didn’t believe him. Then when I wanted to set a wake up call the phone didn’t work. I went down and told them that the phone didn’t work and was told they were going to send someone up to fix it. Again, no one showed up.

The review from the website is not very good, I booked the hotel on the day of check-in, but I was surprised when I actually checked in, because it is very good, spacious, and clean. The bed is very comfortable, there are two sets of office tables and chairs, the light is very good. there is a sofa bed also, let me stay very comfortable, there is a fully functional kitchen, the most amazing thing is there are washer and dryer. All in all we had a great night! If I ever come to this city again, I will definitely choose it again.
