The property was very clean, every detail was attended to and the staff were excellent. We stayed there for the Taylor Swift concert and they provided many little extras such as a complimentary bracelet making station and photo location to enhance our stay. I would highly recommend the Sutton Place!

Stayed for Taylor Swift concert. Was extremely close to Rogers Centre and being able to walk home on a safe route was so valuable to us. We were given a Taylor themed welcome package, and they set up some fun stations in the lobby (bracelet making, photo op, themed elevators). They were on top of security - making sure only hotel guests were accessing the hotel past 7pm. Staff in lobby were so friendly and accommodating - would offer umbrellas if it was raining, etc. The hotel restaurant/bar was great as well. Wonderful atmosphere. Place was spotless. Great spot to stay!

WOW! They really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful! We were in for the Taylor Swift concert, and they went all out with the theme with bracelet making stations and gift baskets. I loved this hotel and will always stay there when I am in Toronto.
