The front desk personnel were particularly welcoming and helpful. The suite was large, well layed out and very comfortable. Enjoyed eating at the Signatures Restaurant. They managed quite well considering they only had one chef during a major snowstorm in Toronto.

I usually really like staying here. It’s quiet and in a good part of town. This time though we had to call down to the front desk to get someone to clean our room and that was a bit disappointing.

It was so covenant to the ROM where we spent the afternoon, walkable to dinner reservations and then our show at Koerner Hall. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating with an early checking after a long day of travel!p

The negatives: There was half drank bottle of wine in our room fridge, the breakfast in the morning made us both ill, the room was 10000° when entering and didnt cool off the whole night despite turning off the heat, the valets ADJUSTED OUR DRIVER SEAT AND STEERING WHEEL so when i got in the driver seat my knees immediately hit the steering wheel. Absurd. The positives: the bed was comfy, the hotel staff were helpful, and the bar Proof was adorable in the outside yurts

The Yorkville Royal Sonesta was an absolutely lovely stay! Our room was upgraded to a preferred king and it was extremely spacious. The room is modern, and sleek. Bathroom is gorgeous with a shower wand. The bedsheets feel so soft and the bed is comfy. I loved that there were cotton pads for makeup removal and an emergency nail file. Staff are kind and knowledgeable as well! The proof bar and signature restaurant are located on the main floor and was very convenient and delicious. I would definitely stay here again!

lovely hotel and great location

gorgeous hotel, the bar and room service were great. it was hard to find a way to pull up out front to unload bags and either find parking or get valet but otherwise a seamless stay and experience!

Best stay ever!

This was the best stay at a hotel I've ever had. From the friendly and helpful staff to the delicious food at the restaurant to the gorgeous and comfortable room, I didn't want to leave. The hotel was perfectly located near museums, the university, restaurants, shopping, and much more that was walkable. I swam laps in their pool every day and got a massage and a blowout. Their nightly stay prices were very reasonable too and they are pet-friendly!
