This property was absolutely wonderful. Staff were very accommodating. Loved the sauna. Beautiful rooms. Convenient parking underneath the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Subway access super close by. Great location for lots of shopping, dining and more.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Can walk to many shops & restaurants and the subway stop is only 1 1/2 blocks away. Friendly staff & nice restaurant for breakfast also.

They messed up my pre authorization at check in, forcing me to increase my credit card limit on the spot. The mini fridges were all turned off, and our groceries went bad. Possibly the worst shampoo and conditioner I’ve ever used, and I buy mine from Walmart.

WiFi is awful
Hotel and rooms are nice. However, it isn’t viable to stay on another business trip unless the WiFi is completely upgraded. It is unreliable and not possible to work from hotel. Unfortunate.

I left a $5000 gold chain in my room after checkout. I called the hotel the next day and asked them to look for it for me. I was worried someone working there may keep it even if they found it. They found the chain and put it in a safe for me until I could pick it up the next time I was in town. Amazing staff, luxury hotel- one of my favourites.
