This property is in need of renovation. In addition, I found pubic hair in my bed upon checkin. When I called the front desk, the phone just rang without any attendant to pick up or address it.

Never will stay there again - there was people in rooms that were screaming, I heard fighting and when they moved me to different room, the people were only a few doors down still and they were harrassing me once they saw hotel staff relocate me and cops got called by another person staying on same floor - 3 and they still said I wasnt going to be refunded for safety and I said I will take that up with my insurance coverage and expedia and make sure to tell you all the details about that place, it was really bad then I had to move hotels in middle fo the dang night and for like double $! I just want me refund for the interruption, lost a whole day/night of trip just packing and repacking them relocating finding available hotels to take me

The room was clean, the mattresses were comfy. However, the washroom was old and the washroom sink handle came off when we used it the first time. We called the front desk and a handyman came and repaired it right away.

Everything was great except for the pool area. It was very cold in the pool area. We choose not to use the pool because it was so cold in the room. Would have been very chilly coming out of the water.
