Excellent property. Located perfectly for the Blue Jays game and/or any event at the Rogers Centre. The only thing during this stay was that the whirlpool was under renovation. And we always visit the pool and whirlpool (jacuzzi) when we travel after a long day walking.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Amazing views and amazing location. Unfortunately, the cleaners need to do a better job checking under couches. Our 3 year old found a random pill under the couch, ate it, and we ended up in emergency for 8 hours and missing our flight home.

Review The hotel was great. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the lack of storage for clothes in the room which meant leaving most things in the suitcase. We had a few good meals at the Sportsnet Grill. If you have the chance to have breakfast there, make sure to ask to sit in Alex’s section. He was a great server - attentive, personable and made sure we had everything we needed. I felt he went above and beyond, especially since we had the buffet. Thanks Alex!

While the hotel and staff were fantastic, we were quite disappointed with the pool. The water was cold, and the atmosphere was very uninviting. It is somewhat isolated from the rest of the hotel so it feels a bit creepy. The elevator from the fitness centre down to the pool also needs a makeover.
