Extremely hard to navigate to hotel on account of construction, blocking most routes of access. Pool was ice cold and the hot tub was only mildly warm throughout our stay. Most people were complaining about this. Buffet was terrible, most items not stocked even after waiting. On a positive note, my interactions at the front desk were exemplary in terms of customer service.
