Amazing location! Car parking just around the corner is you struggle to get parking on the street outside. Everything you need in the apartment! Both bed and sofa bed were super comfy! Only thing I would say for apartment 30 is to get curtains rather than just net in the living room as I slept on the sofa bed and could see people outside in the morning so they could defo see me! But honestly, had the best time!

Convenient location but would try somewhere else next time. The lounge of our apartment needed some TLC, a couple of mismatched sofas in a dark room without much by way of decor wasn't inviting to sit and relax in - it felt like a waiting room. Some of the things on the listing weren't there, when we contacted the housekeeper for them she said they hadn't had those things available for a long time - I suggested they update the listing. There was no microwave, washing tabs and one or two other things. Check in was straightforward, we were texted gate codes at check in time and the key was in a key safe. Plenty of towels/bedding available. The baby travel cot was unusable - our not-at-all fussy sleeper couldn't sleep in it and I'm not surprised, it was very hard and the ridges stuck out, no padding, I think the mattress part needs replacing.

Lovley stay
We travelled September and stayed at the No32 apartment - it's cute and also roomy for 2ppl. Everything looked true to the photos on the website. The place is clean and tidy with comfy bed. Check-in is very easy, the housekeeping manager was so helpful on our arriving when we need the most, thank you! Perfect location! However, although you get a free parking permit for the durations of your stay, it is indeed first come first serve bases- do bear this in mind if you are coming staying in peak season. There are two things I like to mention, the toilet had a strong mouldy smell and even with the extractor fan on all day it still lingers which wasnt quite pleasant and would advise it needs to be looked at. Also the cooker extractor fan wasnt working- so we opened the windows to let the steam and smell out. But the overall we have had a very lovely stay and would also recommend to our friends.

Avoid - We got zero sleep but location is central
Booked Trinity Mews for a night away with my other half. After booking I was emailed daily asking to pay for the property directly even though I had already paid via Hotels.com, had to call the owner to get it sorted and also chase up access codes. Lockbox for key is faulting so had to call the manager to get in and then had the worst night stay ever as a party went on in the properties court yard until 8:45am (1hr 15mins before we had to leave), also people use the courtyard to park motorbikes and the smell of drugs was thick in the air. I'd never go back. We did get a couple of packs of Custard Creams however and we got parked on the street ok and easy to walk to shops, bars etc!

Would recommend.
Really nice, clean and spacious apartment. Great location. Parking is limited outside which could cause an issue but we managed to get a space so it wasn’t for us. The kitchen is well kitted out with everything you could need. Large living area with tv and freebies channels, dining table and sofa bed.Would happily stay here again if we ever came back to Torquay.

nice place my apartment was No7 above the garage so handy for a small car to park. roof beams do encroach into the room so watch your head I'm 6ft2 and got caught a few times. otherwise a good place for close to the Harbour a pleasant 3min walk.

A nicely appointed apartment bed on the small side. Parking availability a bit hit and miss close by. However well located with a short walk to the marina, promenade and amenities. All being a bit restricted due to the current situation. We would consider booking again when the situation improves.

Our 3 Days break
Lovely clean property nice touch with some complementary tea,coffee and biscuits after long drive down. Close to harbour plenty of tearooms and eatery's,Parking is an issue once you find a spot in zone A don't move your car found it easier to use train on a group ticket to get to other local towns, The Hole in the wall pub is a great place for real ale and Cider if you want to eat you need to book in advance. Grubby and neglected.
Carpets grubby and stained. Sofa bed impossible to sit on and no other seats. Fan in bathroom broken. Several other small faults giving the overall feel that that the place is run down. Agent's response to my complaint implied that because I had booked under a special offer, this is the standard I should expect for that price.

A lovely apartment With everything provided for your stay. Central to all the shops, bars and restaurants including the harbour. We did find it difficult to sleep in the double bed and wished it was bigger.

Vanessa - who greeted us, prepared the room, explained all the little foibles, etc.. and said goodbye, was a REAL star - helpful, considerate, flexible, hard working - a real treasure! A really pleasant & nice lady. Good for us with two dogs, although £10/night each was a bit steep, considering no noticable impact on the accommodation! Very convenient location for the town. Parking could be a bit of a problem, depending on how late you came back, but the scratch card system worked well. Noisy bin men woke us at an early hour (twice in the week we were there) - really made us jump outside the bedroom window. Some aspects of the accomodation getting a bit tired & in need of an update. Pity not to have some paintings on the bare walls. Fairly reasonable value for money.

Easy to find, Quiet, Clean home for a night !
We booked Trinity Mews as we needed somewhere to stay over with our dog and prepare a meal so it ticked the boxes! Communication was brilliant and check in details were simple to follow. The apartment was virtually spotless and was very comfortable - the one and only downside was that the bedroom smelt very damp and I woke up coughing a lot having slept in there, I don’t cope well with damp so it would put me off rebooking, which is a shame because the place was lovely except for that and I would have stayed there every time We were in the area again. You had to pay for a parking permit which was okay but allocated space would be a plus as when we got back late in the evening it was a bit of a struggle to find a space nearby, Dog friendly and nice to have a little Area outside as well. Literally just round the corner from Shops, harbour and town so perfect as a base.
