Das Unterkunftspersonal hat die bereits getätigte Zahlung über Expedia nicht anerkannt. Um Diskussionen zu vermeiden habe ich den Gesamtbetrag vor Ort erneut bezahlt.
Ich ersuche daher Expedia um Klärung und Rückerstattung.
