Fantastic property and location with stunning views
The property is stunning and the pictures don’t do the view justice. Huge terrace and hot tub was a bonus. Easy access to the lake and we enjoyed using the paddle boards made available. It’s located just off a main road so would recommend hiring a car as you can’t walk to local amenities. Communication regarding check-in was lacking as we didn’t receive any instruction on the matter. However, the owners living below were very helpful and friendly, giving us a short tour of the property and instruction on how to use various equipment. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to friends and family.

Ungenaue Information führt zu Enttäuschungen im Urlaub
Die Wohnung ist schön, geschmackvoll und die Eigentümer (wohnen unten) freundlich. Wir hatten eine weite Anreise und sind davon ausgegangen, dass die Ferienwohnung, wie angegeben, in der Stadt Toscolano-Maderno, am am Ufer liegt. Es wurde trotz Nachfrage nur die Immobilen Agentur als Adresse angegeben. Es war kompliziert die Übergabe am Abend zu organisieren. Führte auf unserer Seite (selbst Vermieter bei FeWo) zu Unzufriedenheit und Unverständnis. Warum keine Schlüsselbox und Angabe der Adresse? Man muss als Kunde nochmal und nochmal warten, Formulare ausfüllen. Bei ehrlicher Angabe der genauen Lage der Wohnung, hätten wir diese nicht gebucht. Die Adresse wurde bis zur direkten Anreise „verschleiert“, trotz mehrfacher Anfrage. Die Wohnung liegt ca 2,2km vom Ortsausgang entfernt. Auf Anfrage nach mehr Informationen- wie Bildern des Wohnzimmers bei der deutschen Seite der Agentur- ob es ein Sofa für Aufenthalt drinnen gibt, wurde/konnte keine Antwort gegeben werden. Die „Tiefgarage“ ist keine Tiefgarage. Auf die Frage mit welchem Wagen man reinkommt- keine Antwort. Sportwagen, sitzen definitiv auf. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Keine Einkaufmöglichkeiten zu Fuß verfügbar. Die Terrasse ist der eigentliche „Aufenthaltsraum“. Bei gutem Wetter sehr schön. Leider ist die Uferstrasse dirket darüber (gardesana de occidentale) und extrem laut, beim draussen sitzen. Wenn der See still ist- kaum Aufenthaltsqualität. Bei Wellengang ist es schön, da der Lärm etwas übertönt wird. Der Seezugang ist nur durch Überquerung der privaten Terrasse der Vermieter möglich. Unser Anliegen als Kunden: Bitte zeigt ehrlich was man kauft. Alles andere fühlt sich als Kunde enttäuschend und nach Betrug an. Auch in der Buchungssituation/ Schlüsselübergabe wird man hin und hergeschickt.

Very nice and well located house
We have really enjoyed it ! Lago di Garda is a great place. The house is ver well located with a nice lake view from the huge terrasse. Air conditionning is efficient and silent. Owners are leaving below the house... and have been very helpful.
