Had to connect them to before arrival to check in. No one would answer the phone leaving it a very stressful journey.
When we arrived there was no covid precautions apart from the man on reception wearing a mask. It was advertised as cleaning was taken very seriously with sanitizer provided. There was none.
It was advertised as tax included then we had to pay tax on arrival.
We got got to our room it was filthy in the toilet , the sink was filthy, on the floor, and everywhere was dusty and filthy.
The following morning we went down to breakfast that we'd payed extra to include
The breakfast which was advertised as buffet had stale baguettes, cheese spread and chocolate spread. Stale cake. There was also coffee and orange juice.
It was also advertised as free wifi which 1st we couldn't conect to then when we did it wouldn't do anything without giving credit card details.
I can honestly say it's the worst hotel iv ever stayed in and worse breakfast iv ever had.
Honesty it was a case of laugh or cry when i realised how much i had screwed up booking that hotel.
Little out of the way, and bit of a truck stop but very scenic. Go to stop Atlanta then over the motorway/river if using public trans. Right on the obvious pathway straight after bridges.
Good enough value place. Rooms look like they were designed for young men, which was completely fine. Staff were very friendly and helpful! :)
They have there own locked car park which is handy.

Très bon accueil par Marianne qui de plus nous a sorti d'une situation complexe et qui a très bien gérée celle-ci sans l'aide de ses supérieurs qui privilégie l'argent à l'humain à mon sens. Nuit très courte car du bruit à la réception..
Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, après s est installé dans la chambre,en allant aux WC, ceux ci étaient bouchés++ je l ai signalé à la réception mais pas pu les débouchés !; donc un WC pour tout l étage compliqué..et la propreté des douches pas super des cheveux partout serviette de toilette laissée au sol ...
Lorsque nous sommes arrivés nous avons constaté que la chambre n’était pas celle de l’annonce. Nous sommes aller voir le consierge qui nous a dit que notre chambre était indisponible et que cela était due au site qui s’était trompé lors de la publication de la chambre. Les sanitaires (toilettes et douches) étaient sale, aucun entretien. Il nous a été impossible de se laver. Nous avons constaté qu’il y avait même des insectes dans la chambre.
Je suis pas déçu envers le Formule 1, je suis déçu envers expédia qui m’ont débité et qui n’ont rien envoyé au formulaire. Lorsque je me suis présenté j’ai dû attendre une heure sur place le temps qui vous appelle alors que je suis handicapé j’ai toutes les cartes c’est vraiment honteux, je demande un geste commercial de votre part pour ce gros désagrément téléphone 06 75 32 16 31 merci d’avance
Rien à dire au niveau de la réception, c'était correct. Cependant, la propreté laisse à désirer. Ma chambre était convenable mais n'avait pas l'air super clean. J'étais accompagné d'une amie qui occupait une autre chambre. Elle a eu moins de chance et a eu des mauvaises surprises en entant dans la chambre. Odeur de cigarette, draps non changés et tâchés...Je ne pense pas que je choisirai un F1 à l'avenir, même si ce n'est que pour une nuit. Je ne veux pas causer du tort à l'hôtel, mais je ne m'y suis senti pas très à l'aise.
