room was spacious,staff very nice and helpful....breakfast was continental but good....... 1/2 block from the river and 2-3 block walk either way to commercial/transit and restaurants.......the rooms aren't fancy but everything one needs....would stay there again.

Dirty floor in our appartment and carpet in the hallway. Kitchen lacks a lot of basic equipment like a cloth, eggcups and lids. Cofeemashine doesnt work properly. Pan is to large to fit a tiny stowe. No daily cleaning and by the end of your stay you have to clean the kitchenette yourself.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious and the kitchen well equipped, bed comfortable, and the location was good...walkable to sights, but quiet. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful, and we appreciated the luggage storage they provided.

Cutains with large tears, cracked tiles in the floor, shower doesn't drain properly, chips in the paint/drywall throughout, the carpets out in the halls were stained and bleached, it was just in rough shape overall. The bed was super comfortable, and it did have a kitchen, but otherwise there was nothing really NICE about this place.

The staff was very friendly and helpful The room was very comfortable and roomy, and the kitchen fairly well equipped. A few minor maintenance issues...the toilet kept running unless you jiggled the buttons a few times. The door hit the floor tiles when opened more than halfway, so couldn't easily open fully. Overall, a very good place to stay.

The hotel is a residence so daily cleaning comes at an extra cost but the location is perfect. You can walk easily to any of the big sites and if you are in town for a conference at MEETT like I was, the tram is in walking distance to the hotel and goes directly to the conference center. It does take 1 hour, though, but better than paying 60 euros at peak times in an Uber. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.

We liked the location...walkable to the sights, but in a quiet area. Spacious room, clean, comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Convenience of having a kitchen. Well equipped. The hallway carpets were dirty, but inside the room it was clean.

Super séjour dans la résidence. L’emplacement est très avantageux, très proche de tout et surtout de la rivière. L’appartement était très propre, la déco n'est pas moderne mais on s’en fou, car tout est fonctionnel et est en bon état. Le personnel est adorable.

L'accueil à notre arrivée laissait à désirer. On a appelé pour savoir où stationner la voiture, la dame ne savait pas quoi nous répondre. Elle nous a accueilli comme si elle était très lasse, pas de sourire, aucune chaleur. C'était pénible pour elle de nous donner des informations. Au moment de nous coucher qu'elle ne fût pas notre surprise de découvrir la tête de lit toute tachée de liquide blanc.... Nous en avons tout de suite avisé la réception, on nous a dit que le lendemain ça serait ok mais ce ne fût pas le cas. Le reste de la chambre laissait à désirer sur la propreté. De plus la connexion internet était pratiquement inexistante. On nous a dit à la réception qu'ils étaient en train de réparer le tout, mais en 3 jours rien ne fonctionnait. À part 2 employées les autres avaient tous l'air bête et répondait en soupirant à nos demandes. Enfin bref, à par la location où se trouvait l'hôtel je n'ai rien de bon à dire sur cet endroit.
Nous avons tiré le lit pour ne pas avoir à touché la tête du lit. Par terre des morceaux de la tête de lit était encore là...

bien situé, un peu loin de la gare mais il y a des bus et métro ; dans ma chambre le wifi passe mal de même la 4G. c'est un peu pénible pour faire les différentes réservations qui sont toutes désormais en ligne.
