Not so pleasant despite the friendly populace.
Management jacked up prices due to public holiday and declined to accept booking if extension of stay made online at lower rates. Not helpful with booking taxi. Some rooms face the highway and are noisy.

The room was not only small (which is fine for me) the roof was tilted which means that i can not standup straight especially in the bathroom,i have to bend to be able to use the bathroom.

The location is on point .. near trabzon maydan and the view fantastic toward the black sea .. staff was very respectfull and kind from the owner until the youngest guy there even when they speck little bit of English .. if you didn't find a parking spot they will help u with that .. breakfast contain verity of chosies .. when i go back definitely i will book for this hotel only .. all the love and respect to feza hotel family
