Prime location - only 100 m from the fine sandy beach. Cozy semi-detached house with luxurious furnishings on a 200 m² natural dune plot directly on the coastal forest on a private road. The beach house with its two halves is ideal for families with friends (2nd half of the house: DOS08001). The station of the Usedomer Bäderbahn is within walking distance and there is also a connection to the cycling and hiking network on Usedom. Idyllic routes lead you through lush greenery and the partly untouched nature of Usedom. Details: WLAN Activities nearby: In Trassenheide you will find Europe's largest butterfly farm, a visit with the children is worthwhile. Visits to the free flight hall and the attached insect museum are offered. The trained staff will show you the special features of the farm, tells you interesting details and draws attention to things that are hidden from the undiscovered eye. Super Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung könnten besser sein
Die Lage ist wunderbar, sehr nah am Strand und an der Konzertmuschel wo regelmäßig Veranstaltungen stattfinden. Das Areal des Hauses ist mit Schranke abgesperrt. Das Internet ist für 6 Personen mit Kindern ein Graus und nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Das TV-Programm geht manchmal weg und funktioniert dann einfach nicht mehr. Auf meine Email auf die angegebene Emailadresse bei Problemen, wurde nie reagiert. Die Terrasse ist stark verwittert und die Pflanzen ihrem Schicksal überlassen. In der Dusche teilweise Schimmel. Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein. Ansonsten gute Ausstattung

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren , wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub es hat alles gepasst ! Nur das die Emails die ich gesendet hatte das wir einen Tag später anreisen und die Daten für die Kurtaxe nicht weiter geleitet wurden ! Wir haben uns im Ferienhaus sehr wohlgefühlt...mit der Ausstattung des Hauses waren wir sehr zufrieden...die Lage war optimal..wenige Gehminuten zum nahegelegenen Strand (besonders für betagte Gäste sehr angenehm)
