Where are the people.
The property was contactless, there was no concierge or visible staff. It was a strange experience, like kiosks at McDonalds except with customer service done by text message. The trip was fine, but a little unsettling if I needed something. The hotel felt lifeless. Also the Continental breakfast was just a cabinet full of snacks and no coffee or drinks. I skipped it.
I would not have booked here if I knew that there was no check-in desk. Trying to take photos of my ID and a selfie after dark is very challenging. Very frustrating! Our next stay at another hotel was so easy and quick. I just walked into the lobby and gave them my last name.
Political yard signs on the property were a big turn off. When they asked for a review, I said it was odd that they displayed political yard signs on their property, no matter the party. They responded right away to thank me for my observation saying “they want a welcoming environment for all guests” and then proceeded to just ignore me.
This hotel is a great value and I have no other complaints.
Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable. Beautiful view of the bay. Never experienced a virtual front desk before but we had an easy seamless experience. Would definitely return.

Check in process was difficult for the 2nd room. I waited online and the phone for over an hour without a response. It shouldn’t be that long of a wait to communicate 🙁
My husband and I stayed here for the first time. The check-in process was very easy. Property was very clean and quiet. We will definitely stay here again!
We liked the newness of the hotel. Interesting to not have a breakfast or front desk. The room had spider/webs in corners of bathroom and the coffee pot was not clean. The room was comfy and the view was Fantastic! The noise of the road was a bit loud. The price was great! Thanks
