This enchanting villa in northern Sardinia, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub and in the peculiar granite rocks of Costa Paradiso, enjoys a wonderful view of the sea and the greenery of the surrounding nature. The quite secluded position also provides a great privacy.

Villa Belle Vue consists of 3 bedrooms, one double and two with single beds, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with kitchen, and a panoramic terrace. On the side of the villa lies the pool with whirlpool, which can be accessed from the back of the house.
Costa Paradiso offers several fascinating coves where you can easily access to the crystal clear water, among all we suggest Li Baietti and Le Sorgenti, reachable in few minutes by car; the beautiful beach of Li Cossi, accessible via a short panoramic path, or the further beach of Tinnari, which can also be reached by sea. Many activities can be carried out within the village, as well as snorkeling, trekking and diving.
Furthermore, it is a short drive away from the most beautiful beaches in the area, La Marinedda beach, Cala Serraina, Vignola, Naracu Nieddu and many more.

Wunderschöner Ausblick
Wunderschöner Ausblick . Toll geschnittenes Haus . Sehr schön angelegt . Nicht geeignet bei geh Problemen da viele Treppen und steinig . Wunderschöne Gegend , sehr bemühte Assistenten.
Leider stimmt preis Leistung nicht , Möbel wirklich sehr verbraucht , terassenmöbel von 5 Stühlen 3 kaputt, Couch komplett veraltet, , Matratzen alle komplett durchgelegen

De bonnes vacances farniente
Costa Paradiso est un lieu propice à la détente. Restaurant, plage, magasins : tout est a disposition pour y rester.
Voiture obligatoire...
Nous avons passé un bon séjour et la maison est tout à fait suffisante pour un groupe de 5-6 personnes.

Top Haus mit einer tollen Aussicht
Die Villa Bellevue ist wirklich ein wunderbares Haus. Es thront über der gesamten Costa Paradiso. Die Aussicht ist grossartig. Der kleine Pool war im heissen Juli Gold wert, auch wenn der Whirlpool nicht funktionierte. Der Empfang durch Rina war herzlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Als anfänglich die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte, war Rina sofort zur Stelle. Als wir noch weitere Badetücher erfragten, war Rina wiederum hilfsbereit.
Ein kleines Minus ist das Mobiliar (v.a. im Aussenbereich). In einem solch tollen Haus könnte man für diesen Preis auch bequeme Liegestühle (oder noch eine Schaumstoffunterlage erwarten) erwarten. Tisch und Stühle auf der Terrasse sind alt, wacklig und unbequem. Das ist etwas schade, aber das Gesamtbild ist trotzdem sehr gut.

Eine wunderbare Lokation
Das Haus ist ganz wunderbar gelegen. Man thront förmlich über der Costa Paradiso.
Das Haus ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man benötigt. Ein Grill ist vorhanden und wenn der Wind nicht so stark ist, kann man schön auf der Terrasse grillen.
Im Haus sind praktische Dinge vorhanden, die andere Urlauber gelassen haben, bspw., sind Sonnenschirme für den Strand oder Liegen vorhanden (Wir hatten natürlich bereits beides gekauft).
Der Empfang durch Rina am Haus war sehr nett. Wir haben ein paar Minuten zuvor angerufen und eine Anfahrtsskizze per Nachricht erhalten. Alle Sonderwünsche wurden möglich gemacht. Rina war immer erreichbar und hat sich vorbildlich gekümmert. So war das Licht im Pool defekt und wurde direkt am nächsten Tag repariert. Das war hervorragend!
Wir kommen bestimmt irgendwann wieder.

Ottima vacanza!
Sono venuta tante volte in Sardegna ma non ero mai stata a Costa Paradiso, ed è stata una piacevole scoperta.
Dalla terrazza panoramica abbiamo potuto godere di una vista unica, sia per la colazione vista mare che per ammirare i magnifici tramonti o rilassarsi nella jacuzzi. La posizione è favolosa, appartata ed immersa nella natura, ideale per staccare la spina e vivere una vacanza in completo relax. La villa è carinissima, molto confortevole e con tutti i servizi necessari. Ringrazio tutti i membri dello staff che si sono dimostrati molto cordiali e professionali.
