Detached holiday villa for 19 persons with a view of the Piccole Dolomiti Lucane, in the heart of Basilicata.

Surrounded by nature, ideal for a large group of friends or a large family.

The 500-square-metre house consists of two units: the first is on two floors: on the lower floor there is a large living room with indoor dining room and kitchen; on the upper floor there are two bedrooms with bathroom and the large suite with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and a large terrace and barbecue.

In the second separate but adjoining unit are the other 5 bedrooms with their respective bathrooms.

From the living room there is access to the large terrace with patio and table for all to eat together.

The house is surrounded by private gardens of 1500sqm and the private indoor swimming pool can be used at all times, even in the rain.
