Stay away from this place, and be super careful about this place and any other place that is posted as non-refundable. There is always a reason behind not refunding your money. I booked a room at this place on Expedia and when I checked in I was shocked. This is nothing like a hotel. I am not sure if Expedia has any investigation about the properties before they get posted to its website. This place is just awful. No elevator, super narrow stairs that you can hardly take your luggage upstairs, no Air Conditioning or ventilation and no screen on the windows to prevent flies and mosquitoes and even birds coming in to your room. Worse than that, the bathroom door was broken and was not getting fully closed. Imagine that you sit on the toilet seat and the bathroom door is half open. Not only that, the toilet seat itself was broken too. So after two hours of staying I found this place unlivable and requested a check out through Expedia, and checked out two hours after I checked in. And guess what; the manager of the hotel is refusing to refund $614.82 that I paid for this reservation although they confirmed that the issues that I was complaining about really existed, and I am still running in between Expedia and my credit card company to get my money back. It was the worst and most terrible travelling experience of my life.

Beware the wifi
Great location, liked that the room was cleaned every day but I felt that the wifi situation at this hotel was the worst I have ever seen. Yes the wifi is unsecured but it is really unsecured with the server disconnected about 3 years ago. You know the situation is bad when google goes over the top to warn you against using the site. Parking is an issue.

Hôtel très bien, parfaitement situé
Nous avons séjourné deux nuits entre amies dans cet hôtel. Établissement parfaitement bien situé, en plein centre, à côté de la plage, des restaurants, commerces,… Très proche de Deauville également. Personnel très agréable. Chambre propre, pareil pour la salle de bain. Seulement deux bémols durant notre séjour : l’isolation (on a entendu notre voisin ronfler, les gens dans les couloirs, ceux qui prennent leur douche,…) et il manque un plafonnier dans la salle de bain, juste la lumière du miroir ne suffit pas, c’est trop sombre.

Bonjour. Très bon acceuil, mais le ménage n'est pas très bien fait. De plus pas de prise électrique dans la chambre et dans le salon le canapé donne mal au dos. Cependant Hôtel propre, super bien placé et personnel à l'écoute et très gentil.

une belle rencontre!
c'est l'hotel qu'il me fallait pour mon séjour, je m'y suis sentie à l'aise. Personnel accueillant et très aimable et j'ai bien aimé ma chambre ! manquerait juste un petit plateau avec bouilloire pour un thé (mais possibilité de prendre un café à la réception). je reviendrais au Reynita avec plaisir.
