The expandable dining table has seating for four and you can also take your meals al fresco out on the private deck.
Take the complimentary beach towels out for a trip to the beach then come back home to unwind while the ceiling fan keeps everything nice and cool. You'll love exploring the nearby amenities that include a shared hot tub and sauna at Trout Creek Recreation Center and a shared pool, Ping-Pong table, and basketball and tennis courts at the Tahoe Donner Rec Center. Download a fun playlist for a visit to the gym then reward your hard work with a trip to Reno, just a 30-minute drive away! Don't forget: this home is a ski-in/ski-out property, so you'll have easy access to the slopes come winter. Hot-weather guests will have access to the private dock at the Tahoe Donner Marina in the summer!
Things to Know
The HOA community pool is only accessible June 1 through Labor Day weather and construction permitting.
There is a $20 per person/per day fee to access the amenities in Tahoe Donner (kids under 7 are free).
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Security camera details: Ring doorbell next to front door.
Dock details: There is a private dock at the Tahoe Donner Marina. Located at 12915 Donner Pass Rd, Truckee, CA 96161. Please bring your guest access cards.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
