The area is known for its well-groomed slopes, which offer something for every taste and level. The ski area is just a stone's throw away and a ski lift takes you quickly and easily to the slopes. Cross-country skiing is also a big part of winter sports in Trysil, with an extensive network of trails that take you through snow-covered forests and open expanses.
