I have requested for a date change due to a health concern repeatedly from Expedia. The hotel has already said to contact Expedia for the refund so this mess falls on Expedia not Hilton. It’s ridiculous to ask for a review when you have done nothing to help the guest despite serious health concerns. This whole experience has been preposterous.

Nothing around .. can’t walk to explore surroundings like I did at the holiday inn .. the beach was 1 min walk and there was a lot to see just waking around close to the property . Very clean and comfortable but very noisy . Staff not overly keen to help with luggage.. or to hold the door while I’m trying to get suitcases through.. thy just passed by and did not offer to help.

The slowest check in I’ve ever experienced. Hallways unfortunately smelt of must and mould, I’m glad I only stayed short term. Staff were lovely though. Burger and chips were delicious but room and hallways need massive clean.
