Tired - furniture, carpets, fixture shoes are all tired and worn. The hangers are really difficult to use and get in the way of opening the door. HVAC in the room did not work well. On the plus side, the 2 queen bed room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and everyone was very friendly!

They had a heated pool and hot tub. All was good. except the ktchen was beng renovated. Everyone was very helpful and frendly

While continental breakfast was advertised, the kitchen was “being remodeled” and options were very limited: toast, cereal, oatmeal and English muffins. Menu items were provided but a food truck parked outside the hotel. Housekeeping services available only with 24 hours notice.

it was a safe brightly lit property, but it was not easy to get to from Sauharita because of the location. you had to drive through another parking lot to get there. None of the gym equipment was working and they were working on updating the kitchen, so the breakfast was fruit, yogurt and toast. The rest of the facility is mostly maintained. The beds were very comfortable.

Long walk to our room due to only one elevator. We both tripped getting out of the elevator due to an uneven surface on the second floor. Very noisy hotel. The breakfast was odd. Served at a bar from an independent restaurant. Very poor service there.
