Our balcony door wouldn't open after about 1 hour a maintenance person came to the room and confirmed the door was broken. Missed the sun set😫 had to go back to lobby to get new keys to a room with a balcony .

Comfy and quiet room.
I stayed here for one night after a late night flight. The room was comfortable, though it was quite cold. I adjusted the temp up a few degrees and it took a while to get to the adjusted temp. The bed was very comfy, the room was quiet. I did venture to the casino for a few hours and was able to leave my bag with customer service. Retrieval was simple and quick.

Nice hotel, excellent staff
Beautiful hotel with attached casino. Dining options at the casino were excellent; varied restaurants and excellent prices. Room was clean and comfortable although the bed and pillows were a bit too hard for my taste making it uncomfortable to sleep. We were by the elevator and people getting off the elevator in the middle of the night were pretty noisy making it hard for us to sleep.

Not really what we were expecting, knew it was a casino resort but was hoping to have fun then relax an sleep after a full day of traveling & exploring but we didn’t get to sleep or rest because the loud noises from hallways, neighbors, and upper floor. We were going to get a nice bathroom & shower but the shower was barely warm never got hot & the water would drain in the shower. Their was lipstick or some sort of makeup still on the couches too, after sitting down on it did we realize it was there & got over our clothes.
