For the full 3 days we were there, only one was elevator in operation. The other guest elevator and the service elevator were both out of order. The stairs between floors locked behind you and did not allow access to any other floors. We felt we were in a death trap. Not to mention the inconvenience of many people waiting long periods of time for the single elevator. The parking lot was full indicating that there was no lack of paying guests! We had no room service during our stay. They did knock on the door while we were still in bed! I would avoid this hotel in the future.

one elevator did not work the entire time, therefore 1 elevator for the entire hotel, had to wait a long time before could fit in, and then the elevator was packed to the limit while the elevator glass to the outside was cracked - unsafe. Multiple staff members told us there were no stairs we could use, until another guest told us about the stairwell he was using and that is how we got to our room the rest of the stay. We informed other guests of the stairs and they were grateful to have an alternative. Coffee machine did not work and light bulb was missing from lamp. Lastly, the ceiling above the shower leaked so we used it minimally, concerned that the ceiling would cave in. Not up to Hilton standard, would like a partial refund.

It's sad to know that you can't even park your car while you're staying overnight without being charged and then almost $16 feel it's ridiculous. Then they don't even say anything at check in you get the surprise when they just bill you.

Room was wonderfully spacious. The bed, bedding and pillows were extremely comfortable.. Bathroom in the room was unfortunately not cleaned well enough, hair on the floor and the shower flower and on top of toilet, walls in bathroom needed cleaning as well.. The rest of the room was cleaned well… View from room was great, blackout curtains for comfortable sleeping… Staff were all incredibly nice and helpful. Bartender at the restaurant was also great.. Great location…

I stayed in room 437 . 05/23-05/26 hot water is not hot just warm not acceptable . Faucet in wash area is not stable water coming out the side of the faucet running on the counter i have to constantly wipe it up not acceptable . i report this issue after check out but counter clerk said she will bring it to the manager attn for me to get a credit . i don't think she did . She mention since i already paid the Expedia there wasn't nothing she can do . I told her that is not acceptable cause you have my credit card on file for the Parking per day . So upper management can you all make this right thanks for taking time out to read this comment . I hope i will hear from someone soon

Both Saturday and Sunday the coffee shop was closed. On Saturday night the person in the Coffee shop said they would be open in the a.m. Sunday. I went down at 7:30 and was told by the person at the desk they were closed. I told him what the gentleman told me last night and sarcastically said "Well somebody should have checked and they would have known there was NO barrista scheduled". Rude. and I stay at this property a lot.

Good. The only issue is they need to fix the leaky shower head. Continual dropping makes the bathroom musty and wastes several gallons of water, which is is important to conserve in Arizona.
