Good times at Sonesta
Very nice room, all amenities. Wonderful beds, pillows, access to drinks (soft drinks) and fruit 24 hours. Shuttle service as you need it. Did have a delay of shuttle picking us up at airport, but I think it was a communication problem with shuttle driver. When they arrived they were very helpful, got us a cart to take bags up. Reception desk made sure to check us in quickly and made sure to put us in adjoining rooms. Wonderful service. They do not provide instructions for the tv and provide no tv menu, which is really needed even if they just print one out on a computer. Otherwise, we loved the place, will stay there every time we can.

We checked in and went to our room. The elevator was littered with debris on the floor and had a panel missing, exposing electrical wires. Upon getting in our room we immediately smelled something was “off”. There was mold/mildew on the bathroom ceiling, a dead moth floating in the toilet, something colored growing on the inside of the toilet bowl, hair on the bedding. They switched us to another room and the bathroom ceiling was in even worse condition. Given the risk of mold exposure we promptly checked out and stayed at Four Points Sheraton, which was very clean and well kept.

Bathrooms Need Updating
The staff is really nice! The room was an average hotel room. The bathroom was rough! The bottom of the tub felt like it was going to fall through to the room below. Very flimsy. There was a huge amount of water buildup on the shower head, so the water sprayed in all directions. The water pressure would fluctuate between a small trickle to normal pressure when in use.

The breakfast was very satisfying there was more than enough to start the day. Our room was very clean and comfortable although the closet was very small and the mini fridge did not work. The property itself is starting to show it's age mostly cosmetic. Even though the property is right across the airport it was very quiet and comfortable. We will definitely would stay here again.

No hot water, they did not clean the room unless you requested it, towels very small and thin, they look worn out. Breakfadt just average. First day in, no clean towels and bed looked like someone had used it already. Hotel looks like it needs better service, mabagement.

Hotel smelled awful. When i asked about the clerk nanjalauntly said that's become we had a fire on the 2nd floor. Don't worry that floor is closed off and we running big fans on the first floor trying to dry up all the water from the fire. You are on the third floor. This should have made it eligible for a full refund. I would not have booked a fire burnt hotel. No concern for the health and safety

I was moved to another room since the TV in the room I was originally assigned did not work. Then when I got another room there wasn't a TV remote, I had to go to the front desk to get a remote. Taking a shower in the morning was not fun since the hot water didn't come out till I ran the water for almost 10 minutes. The stay was not a good one since I had to deal with these issues.

It was nice and cheap and convenient, but really missing what it could be if there was a little attention to detail. The pool was in disarray the entire week i was there, and there didnt seem to be a plan to get it clean. The elevators still had the covid masking posters in them. Why!? Also, i saw several cockroaches while i was there. Those things always freak me out. I did like the layout of the room, the sitting couch, desk, and kitchenette areas were nice to have.
