I am elderly and just had knee surgery. There were no ramps and steps into the building were very high. Only one rail into the building. Not handicapped friendly. Everything inside room was new and updated and clean.

This property was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable. There were 2 doors to room which the back one's safety latch didn't work. The door handle look worked. Otherwise, very pleased with price, comfort and cleanliness. The breakfast was good and stocked.

Good stay
Wasn't planning on staying in Tucumcary but it was raining bad and we had been driving all day. 949 miles from Temecula CA. Room was clean convenient and comfortable. Slepped good. Got up at 4 am and was on our way to north east Tennessee.

Stay was good but I had to put the hot water handle on. It was laying in the bottom of the tub. Also had to unclog the tub drain. It was clogged with bits of plastic. The ground-fault plug at the sink didn’t work and the juice machine at the breakfast bar didn’t work. Otherwise, the room was very clean and breakfast was good.

This hotel was nice for the price but did not get much sleep because of traffic going on the road and also the air conditioner was making a lot of noise. Breakfast was okay. Check-In wasn't nothing special.

To start off with, I do not like Tucumcari. Sadly it is the most convenient stop on my work roadtrips between CA and NE. I have never found an acceptable hotel and kept settling on a hotel that gave me points.This trip I went to Travelocity instead to stake out something different and found the Days Inn. From the outside, it's okay, small parking lot, road noise, looks like an old school Route 66 hotel. Check in was great, super nice guy. I had reserved one night. My husband and I were both not feeling well at check in. We got in the little room and holy cow, one of the most comfortable beds I've been on in my travels in ages. And not only that, great bed linens and towels. I was so impressed. As the night went on, the sicker we felt and at 6am, I went back to the office to see if we could have the room one more night. The front desk gal, had it done in less than a minute and I crawled back in bed! I just can't say enough about how comfortable this little room was. Additionally, they have a tiny little room in front of the check in desk that laid out one of the better (free) hotel breakfasts I've had in awhile. Now I still don't like Tucumcari, but this hotel gives me hope!

I requested a downstairs room due to having a bad knee. The lady at the desk was rude about it and refused to give me a downstairs room. The room itself was disgusting. It stunk and there was feces or some sort of brown matter on the floor. The head board was covered in greasy handprints and the toilet had feces that was not flushed. The room was full of flies. Thankfully expedia got me a refund and I found a better hotel.

Nice hotel, I had issues with my bill, manager was supposed to call me and after 5 days I finally called the hotel. The young lady finally figured it out and credited my account. They had a breakfast but there’s only room for about 4 people in the lobby. It was so so.
