There was a water main break so there was no water for a while then no hot water for shower but overnight. Called and told front desk no one followed up. Parking was awful and it was inconvenient to get in and out of parking lot

There was a major leak in the ceiling near the front desk at check in that took hours to resolve. They also had to shut the water off in the entire building so we were unable to use the bathroom or shower during that time. The ceiling in the room also had water spots/stains. Furniture also appeared worn and damaged in the room.

We were in town for a concert at the BOK Center. It was a quick walk there before and after the show. The staff were all super nice. Good breakfast and coffee the next morning.

It is nearing winter so about 40 outside, that being said it’s approximately 72 inside at all times. It goes up a few degrees when the heater kicks on. The thermostat in the room did not lower the temperature. The rooms were hot for sleeping. The staff was kind and addressed our other minor issue quickly. The surrounding area is under construction. The area is downtown there are things to walk and see
