Great rooftop / poor hotel room

We chose The Brut because of its location and the lovely restaurant/ bar on the roof. The bar was good, the room was not. Here are the items that were below par: the heater didn’t work; the fridge didn’t work; the bathtub was very tall to have to climb into; there was no grab bar; the tub was slippery; the shampoo, etc. bottles were so tiny they only worked for one person. We really wanted to like this hotel and will probably give it another shot.

Excellent boutique hotel with great vibe and aesthetic. Loved Soma, the rooftop restaurant for lunch, dinner and drinks. Customer service was wonderful. Skip the Marriott courtyard, days inn or whatever and get a taste of Tulsa’s vibe at this “Brut”alist hotel where every part of the experience has been intentionally curated.

A friend of mine once described her triathlete husband as a minimalist. He is an engineer. He likes things that are straight and clean. Your rooms and decor struck me as minimalist - lots of right angles and bare stone or concrete. Everything is visible and not too many decoration distractions I happen to like this because it is straightforward and clean, but then, I also have an engineer mindset and preference. I was reminded of Sedona AZ. Spartan and wind washed. Your staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. I will be back.

Great surprise, nice boutique hotel

Great location with easy access to the river Trail. Within walking distance from some nice restaurants. Great brunch in the upstairs balcony restaurant.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel property! We have been here a few times to have brunch at the rooftop restaurant for special occasions. The hotel is beautiful, love the aesthetic! Check in was a breeze, the staff is very friendly and happy to help. We used the shuttle to get to our event and didn’t have to wait at all. It was great. Rooms are beautiful, clean, and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast at Soma. Their staff there was equally as wonderful and took amazing care of us. Altogether it was a great experience! The only thing that could have made it better was a better view in our room. We chose Riverside but were only able to see the homes behind the hotel. We enjoyed the experience. It was a wonderful place to celebrate my birthday!

The Brut Hotel is magnificent! You simply recharge just by staying in the room! The ambience, decor and vibe is dreamy! All the “extras” in the room definitely set it apart from most hotels I’ve stayed in! The roof top Bar/restaurant is unique and a delicious menu! A must-stay place!
