At the Meet and Greet, the food was not kept replenished, there were no cups plates or bowls. No silverware..people had to spreadout napkins to put the food on. We we put in one room that there was black hair all over the bathroom floor. We were in a suite, in both rooms the televisions did not work, neither phone worked. And the door I the room that adjoined the next room to us had no door knob, and the lock was drilled out so whoever was in the next room could come into our room if they wanted. We did not know them! We called the desk they put us in the room above us on the next floor upstairs. There were no carts available to use so we had to make multiple trips up and down the elevator to move all our things to the new room. One we move everything into the new room, we noticed BLACK HAIR AGAIN, all over the comforters on bothbeds. We had to call the desk multiple times to get housekeeping to come change the bedding out. Had to wait forever for them to come. The desk told us they had multiple complaints ahead of us so we would just have to wait till housekeeping could get to us but they would be there until 3 am! I told them i was not waiting till 3am to get clean bedding to go to sleep. Finally housekeeping came. . They did not speak english and started pulling out a dust mop to do the floors i guess. When we showed them what we needed they stripped off the dirty comforter and sheets and threw them on my.daughters clean clothes. We threw them off.

No hot water during a 4-day stay, no working Wifi, no working phone in the room, 3 of 3 "business centers" with computer access were inoperable, hot breakfast items were cold every morning, breakfast items regularly ran out and took 20 to 30 min to refill, unreliable maid service, absent management on-site, complaints were written on a stickey note and left for someone else to deal with. We each grabbed one cold shower on this vacation. Evening reception buffet was always overrun by small children (balancing plates on their heads, grabbing food with their hands, etc.) but there was no hotel management presence. Complaints were never addressed. No hotel rep ever made contact with us. This hotel ruined our trip. I will not book it again. They owe us money for breach of contract, but not going to take it on.

I don't normally write reviews but here are some issues I wish I had known before choosing this place. Most of the things were small inconveniences and I'll list those last. The biggest issue was the noise at night. Twice I had to call the front desk about the banging around and constant noise from the floor above mine (3rd.) Once at 11:00 p.m., the noise continued until midnight when I called for the second time and it was finally shut down. The minor inconveniences included: only two volume choices for the TV (mute or loud), no pool towels, no ice machine on our floor, little hot water, and we had to move rooms/floors due to the air not working.

I had to call four times but nobody would ever come to fix my thermostat. There wasn’t even a battery in the thermostat to turn it on. The pool was so disgusting with them that you couldn’t swim in it. The breakfast tasted pretty bad.

The hotel was under renovation, no problem. However, we had no hot water in our bathtub although there was hot water in the sink. I called the front desk at 6:40 pm and then made 4 trips to the front desk over 3 hours - they said each time, we’ll send maintenance right away. No maintenance. Finally I demanded maintenance be sent now! and was sent. He adjusted the regulator and finally hot water! Five minutes after he left it -was cold again, but fortunately the regularly-scheduled maintenance guy showed up and fiddled with it. He said there were just too many people taking showers and we’d have to wait a while. If I’m paying $220 for a hotel room, I want hot water, plus I started 3 hours earlier trying to get hot water! Finally at 11:30 we had hot water but my granddaughters were asleep by then. Happy hour and breakfast were great.

Property is older and needs plumbing upgraded

we have stayed at this property over 6 times. Have always enjoyed before. This time the hits just kept coming. Bathroom sinks backed up. Never fixed them. Bathtub only had super hot water no cold scalding. Shower water never could get even warm. Spoke to front desk but maintence did not take care of things
