While the security is top-notch with controlled access at all ingress points, the presence of at least a half-dozen homeless folks in the parking deck is a real concern. While I never felt threatened their presence was not welcome.

Great for Families and/or Cain's Concert Go-ers
We stayed at this hotel because it was within walking distance to Cain's Ballroom, where we were seeing a show. The staff was friendly and excited for us (even if it was just good customer service) when we told them the reason for our trip and was helpful in recommending food/activities (there was a nearby Christmas market when we were in town) to suit us and our small kiddo before the show. The room itself was clean and comfy and the free hotel breakfast was bomb. I would definitely stay here again when we're in town for another show.

The check in process was great and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I loved the fact they had two washers and dryers that were very easy to use so I didn’t have to fly home with dirty clothes. The breakfast options were great. I really enjoyed my stay!

This was a very nice hotel in the center of downtown. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was very quiet. The breakfast was an average hotel breakfast. Parking onsite was easy and not too expensive.

It was great from start to finish. We wanted to stay in the heart of the Arts District for a First Friday celebration and the Fairfield did not disappoint. We stepped out into a thriving celebration,with bustling street and great art. The hotel was great with very nice rooms, tremendous breakfast and friendly staff. We will be back.
