Very clean and comfortable. The area is a little sketchy, but you wouldn't know that being in the hotel. It's quiet and we'll maintained. The breakfast was very good as well.

What a pleasant surprise -: what could have been a run of the mill budget hotel was nicely decorated and sparkling clean, with nice beds, easy check in and full delicious breakfast. Everything a motel should be - but often isn't. Really shows evidence of good management and taking care with things.

The people are A+, but the facility is D-
Management and staff 5/5 Breakfast 4/5 Bed comfort 4/5 Cleanliness 2/5. Floor mopped, however the cleaning solution was left to dry and entire floor was tacky. Furniture stained and worn. Handicapped bath did not have room for wheelchair transfer. The new sink counter was nearly over the toilet. The entire hotel reeked with the pumped in scent they use to cover mildew and make it smell fresh. Edit: app will not let me add photos.

Facility had been renovated recently and looks nice. Amenities were on par with chain and breakfast was better than expected. Couple places showed some signs of wear or in need of repair, but nothing that would directly impact guests like bedding or seating area (just chips in wood furniture, rust on metal fixtures in bathroom that wasnt shower...)
