The hot tub was closed and the breakfast was the worst i ever seen and tasted, the eggs was bad, the sausage patties was boiled. Only thing they had was like powdered eggs, boiled sausage patties, and 1 kind of cereal, but other than that the place was clean and the beds was awesome

I have stayed at this hotel a week every January for years. It changed hands from a Ramada last year. They appear to be working on the indoor pool which closed. I found it to be clean and quiet with a very nice front desk staff. I had forgot about the early check in fee, but killed a bit of time and all was good. The housekeeping staff were great. Plans are to return again next January.

There was no indication on the listing the pool nor hot tub were out of order. The pictures of the fitness center are a far cry from the travesty actually there. Not to mention there was a cockroach crawling on the wall in our room. Ew ...

Please be aware travelers! They doublecharged me for staying. They took my CR card for deposit and charged me again for lodging fee. I tried to contact with the place manager, but never get reply. How irresponsible... do not go to this place, they will mess up your credit card.

You’re A Hospitality Service, Please Be Kind!

I have stayed at Sky Tree multiple times and had never had an issue until my most recent trip. I felt that my privacy was at risk after an employee poorly handled my request to not utilize housekeeping during my stay. There were no “do not disturb” signs (which usually there are) and the day after I had asked for house keeping to not come into my room (the employee told me it was recommended) said employee came and knocked on my door and TOLD me, I quote “they will be coming into your room today.” No one asked if I would like housekeeping, they told me. (I didn’t even need housekeeping, neither trash can was full and I’m not an unclean person.) It felt as if they were going to barge into my room at any moment. While this did not happen and a housekeeper later knocked on my door, I told them I didn’t need service and they went on their way. If there was a new policy of some sort at the hotel where they would like to clean every two-three days for people who have longer stays something along those lines could have been said, but it wasn’t. It’s unfortunate that I will most likely not stay there again because of it. Otherwise the employees are wonderful, the food is decent, the rooms are comfortable and tidy, and the price is really nice for what you get. I hope they will handle matters of this sort better in the future! You’re a hospitality service, please be kind! If you are a Sky Tree employee seeing this, thank you for taking the time to read. They did not have the facilities they had promised. I had unknowingly book at this hotel and had a bad experience last time. The hot tub and pool were still broken from a year ago. They were just under a new name. The person that checked me in could have cared less. The next few days I saw a different employee. He was very nice and understood why I was upset. I will not go back to this hotel.
